The study entitled “The Role of Secretary of Labor's Effectiveness in Creating The Secretarial Field on The Airport Operations and Readiness Department Head PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Branch of Ahmad Yani International Airport in Semarang” the purpose of this research is first, to know the working process on the Secretary of the Airport Operations and Readiness Department Head at PT. Angkasa Pura 1 (Persero) Branch of Ahmad Yani International Airport in Semarang. And the second, to find out how the performance of the Secretary in his role creates a work in the field of secretarial effectiveness at the Airport Operations and Readiness Department Head at PT. Angkasa Pura 1 (Persero) Branch of Ahmad Yani International Airport in Semarang.
The research methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted on July 18, 2013 On Airport Operations and Readiness Department Head at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Branch of Ahmad Yani International Airport In Semarang. This data collection techniques used are Interviews Guide, Observation, Study of The Literature.
Result of this Study Indicate that the role of the secretary. General In the Field of Secretarial In guest services, handling phone calls, handling incoming mail and outgoing mail in creating work effectiveness in the field of Airport Operation and Readiness Department Head at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Branch of Ahmad Yani International Airport In Semarang have a role that can create the effectiveness of work on the secretarial field.
