Penerapan Program CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Untuk membangun Loayalitas Pelanggan Pada PT Sun Star Motor Cabang Banyumanik Semarang
The objective of this final project is to know the implementation of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program at PT. Sun Star Motor Banyumanik-Semarang branch, purposes of visit customers program, constraints in the implementation of the visit customers program, and the increase in customer loyalty on PT. Sun Star Motor Banyumanik-Semarang. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. The methods in collecting data are interview, observation, and literature study. The results of this research is that visiting customers is meant to get new customers and maintaining good relation with them. The purpose of the visit is to get new customers, increase customer loyalty, and maintain customer. The application of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) held by PT. Sun Star Motor Banyumanik-Semarang branch to build customer loyalty is said to have been successful. The presence of this program add new customers and from year to year increase customer loyalty
