Peran Public Relations Dalam Membangun Citra Baik Perusahaan Pada PT Pertamina (Persero) Pemasaran Wilayah Jateng & DIY
Corporate image is a built character to get the impression of the public, both internal as well as external public. For internal public, the corporate image is creating to obtain a good perception of the company to get a goodwill and trust from the society. A Research was conducted to describe the role used by public relations PT Pertamina ( Persero ) Central Java and DIY Region.
The final project has several objectives were ,namely, to determine the role of Public Relations in creating positive image of the company of PT Pertamina (Persero) Central Java and DIY Region, and to observe the activities of the Public Relations of PT Pertamina (Persero) Central Java and DIY Region.
In preparing this final writing, the writer applied the description method with data collections through interviews, observation and library research.
The results showed that the role of public relations to creating positive image at PT Pertamina (Persero) Central Java and DIY Region achieved great success through the implementation of the programs in the form of communications processed by a team of public relations focusing on the company's image. Then, came the role as a public relations team for the company as the blueprint of the corporate image. Public relations could not work without the support of business data, the public relations at Pertamina talk after they has got the required data.
