Progress today a big impact in the use of smartphones, it also causes a great impact in the use of electrical pulses and pulses sales efforts. However, existing credit sales transaction in today's society is still done manually, using the messaging features on a mobile phone. The purpose of this final project is to create a sales application and business service management based on Android mobile electrical pulses that can meet the needs of the seller and support electrical pulses in the conduct of it’s business. This application is created using android programming language (Java) with a data storage medium using SQLite database. This application can be used on android device with the specified version. And from the results obtained correspondent for 79.3% to the level of user satisfaction.
