Implementasi sistem pengelolaan anggaran biaya perjalanan dinas pada PT Trans Marga Jateng Semarang
The primary purpose of this final project is to know the budgeting management system of official travel at PT Trans Marga Jateng, containing process from starting warrant assigment for official travel until it is finished and is reported by user and administration.
The research instruments used to collect the data were interview, observation, and literature review. The method of collecting data was descriptive qualitative which used qualitative and quantitative data. Main type of data which was used here was secondary data to collect data for support the final project.
There are two kinds of official travel on PT Trans Marga Jateng, official travel by location and official travel by activity. The process started with the instruction of official travel and confirmed by user who take official travel and finished with report on administration. About the budgeting, the approved budgeting on company is budget who contained on the platform on the official travel regulation. And the last, user who had finished doing official travel reported their documents to administration staff and the administration staff will report their budget management to company on every month
