The purpose of the final report is to depict filing management at “Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah” and analyse its effectiveness. The methods of data collection are observation, interview, and literature study.

The result shows that all of files that had been retrieved in the filing system are found. It means that retrieving duty can be done 100 % (effective), while time needed to find the files are less than 60 second (effective).
