The purposes of this study were to identify the working system and the filing systems with subject and chronological systems in the Warehouse section at PT Sinar Sosro Central Java Branch Office.
The final project report was written descriptively. The data were collected by observation, interviews in the Warehouse section at PT Sinar Sosro Central Java Branch Office and library study by reading the books or documents.
The working system in Warehouse section at PT Sinar Sosro Central Java Branch Office is appropriate to its procedure. The filing system using subject system was working properly, but it was different with the filing system using chronological system because of insufficient equipment and supplies. It caused retrieval of record takes a long time.
