Analisis pengaruh rotasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (PERSERO) APJ Semarang
The purpose of this final project is to determine the effect of job rotation and organizational culture on employee motivation at PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Semarang.
The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling. The samples taken were 52 respondents. Data collection methods are observation, questionnaire and literature review then processed using validity, reliability testing, hypothesis testing, regression testing and test coefficient of determination with SPSS V.17.
The result of this study is that the calculation of the regression coefficients obtained Y = 2.377 + 0.392 X1 + 0.297 X2. It means that the result of regresion gave positive influence on employee motivation, and the influence of job rotation was greater than the culture of the organization. Determination coefficient was 0.425, it means that 42.5% of employee motivation could be explained by the rotation of work and organizational culture. Meanwhile the rest of 57.5% was influenced by other variables which were not included in this study.
