Analisis profil budaya organisasi menggunakan organizational culture assement instrument (OCAI) pada PT Wijaya Karya Beton Wilayah penjualan IV
PT Wijaya Karya Beton Sales Region IV needs a picture of organizational culture profile to increase effectiveness and performance. It will help organization to be more focus, easier, and directional to interpret organizational culture and to stimulate its change for influencing organization effectiveness and its performance.
The purpose of this study are to understand organizational culture profile at PT Wijaya Karya Beton Sales Region IV for company condition the current based perception from employees and leader. Then to know organizational culture profile which is hoped for next five years based on perception from employees and leaders.
Data collection Method in this study is questionnaire deployment. This questionnaire consists of 24 questions and it divided in six group. In each group consist of four questions, there are “A” describe clan culture, “B” describe adhocracy culture, “C” describe market culture and “D” describe hierarchy culture.
Instrument was used for this study is Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI). In this study, respondent was divided in two level. First level for manager and section chief, and then second level for staff employees. The result of this study shows that there was perception difference between employees with leader about organizational culture profile. The current Organizational culture profile of PT Wijaya Karya Beton Sales Region IV based employees perception tend to be at hierarchy culture. While according to the lead, the current organizational culture profile tends to be at clan culture. Organizational culture expected by company in next five years based employees perception have tendency at clan culture. Whereas based on leader’s opinion shows that organizational culture profile which is expected by company for next five years is more dominant at market culture. five years is more dominant at market culture.
