Efektivitas komunikasi customer service officer dalam membangun citra perusahaan pada PT Wahana Sun Solo
The objectives of this final report are to find out the effectiveness of communication of customer service officer in building company’s image at PT Wahana Sun Solo, to explain the communication efforts of customer service officer in serving customers and handling the customer complaints and to find out the customer responses about image of PT Wahana Sun Solo.
The methods of data collection used in this research were observation, interview, literature study and questionnaires. The final project used descriptive quantitative method. The method of collecting the sample was incidental sampling as many as 30 samples.
The customer service officer of PT Wahana Sun Solo has important roles in building and maintaining good image of the company. In addition, the customer service officer has its roles as product seller, communicating with customers, giving information to customers, and handling the customer’s complaints until the complaint is resolved.
The results of this research showed that many customers stated good for the communication efforts of customer service officer and they also stated good for company image at PT Wahana Sun Solo.
