Public Relations is a system of two-way communication with the public organizations mutually in order to support the functions and objectives of management by development collaboration and increasing fulfillment of mutual interest. The main purpose of public relations is to influence the behavior of individuals or groups of people are currently interconnected through dialogue with all groups, as well as perceptions, attitudes, and his opinion on the success of a company. It also has purpose to determine the extent of the role of public relations can be implemented well in a harmonious relationship with the public external companies and also to determine the impact or outcome of the work done by public external public relations. Data collection method used are observation, interviews and literature studies. The result of the research shows that the role of public relations for the company is very important to establish good relations with the public external therefore Public Relations do various activities related to public. It is concluded that the Public Relation important role in the future existence of the company as Public Relations company to establish good relations with the public external through a variety of activities that are beneficial to the two sides.
