Strategi humas dalam menangani keluhan masyarakat pada anggota sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Jawa Tengah
The purpose of the study is to find out the complaints by the public, to find out the public relations strategy in dealing with public complaints that existed and to know about the constraints faced and the solution given by Secretariate’s Member of Central Java Provincial Parliament in pursuing a strategy that has been made. The final project assignment is written using descriptive method. The data were collected by doing observation and interview. Complaints field by the issues that develop at the time such as rejection of layoffs, cancel the policy to increase electricity tariff, improve the lives of decent fuel subsidy removal and implementation rejection Miss World 2013 in Indonesia. Strategy used is to analys the problem planning, taking actions and communication, and evaluation.
