Persepsi karyawan terhadap gaya kepemimpinan head of marine pada PT Pertamina (Persero) TBBM Instalasi Pengapon Semarang
This is the study of how employees view leadership style of Head of Marine at PT. Pertamina (Persero) TBBM Instalasi Pengapon Semarang. Head of Marine is responsible for planning, preparation of the arrival of the tanker and surveillance inspection tankers operating cost calculations while in port. It aims for the smooth operation of the ship.
This study is aimed at finding out the leadership style of the head of marine and identify the employees perceptions towards leadership style head of marine at PT. Pertamina (Persero) TBBM INSTALASI PENGAPON SEMARANG. Data are collected through observation, and interviews with 5 employees parts marine. The final project is descriptive written.
Based on the employees perceptions, the leadership style applied by the head of marine is the kind of democratic leadership style. The indications are that 1) employees and leader have a two-way communication 2) the leader always involves his employees in decision making, 3) the leader gives full trust to his employees 4) also the leader is able to impose discipline of work by giving examples to on employees.
