Analisis pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Purinusa Eka Persada Semarang
The purposes of this research were to find out the profiles of the respondents, to analyze the impact of motivation and labor discipline on the employees’ job satisfaction, to determined the variables of employees’ job satisfaction, and to discover the most dominant variable of the impact of motivation and labor discipline of employee toward the employees’ job satisfaction.
The Methods of collecting data of this research were interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. From the analysis of linear regression in this research, it could be found out that the work motivation and labor discipline had positive impact on the employees’ job satisfaction. The most dominant variable that positively influenced the job satisfaction of employee is the labor discipline. While from the result of determination coefficient (Adjusted R) showed that 0,520 or 52% of the free variable were work motivation and labor discipline. It meant that 52% of the employees’ job satisfaction was explained by them. While 48% was explained by other variables which were not explored in this research.
