“ANALYSIS OF THE FACTORS INFLUENCING ON EMPLOYEE JOB SATISFACTION PT PLN (PERSERO) DISTRIBUSI JAWA TENGAH DAN D.I. YOGYAKARTA”
A government agency or company always requires a Human Resources, in this case employee. Employees can work with the maximum and full responsibility if employees are satisfied in their work, as perceived by the employees of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Central Java and DIYogyakarta. PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Central Java and DIYogyakarta is a company which is established to transmit electric power. To get the job satisfaction of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Central Java and DIYogyakarta it is necessary to know the factors that influence job satisfaction.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that affect job satisfaction. These factors are a fair remuneration and decent, proper placement, the severity of the work, the atmosphere and work environment, tools that support the execution of the work, the nature of leadership in his leadership, and the monotonous nature of the job or not.
The sample was 70 employees of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Central Java and DIYogyakarta. Data collection methods are interviews, questionnaires, and literature then the data are processed using validity, reliability testing, and factor analysis was performed with SPSS v.16.
The results showed that of the seven factors obtained there are two factors that affect job satisfaction; it is equal to 67.77%. Those are organizational factors and circumstances.
