PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Central Java is a company that is organizing the Social Insurance program on the quality of employee performance to achieve the goal and optimally the vision and mission. In terms of employability, employment outcomes, and timeliness in completing the work, high employee motivation automatically will increase the performance of the employees
The objective of this final report is to review the factors that support the motivation of employee and to identify the factors which are most dominant in supporting the employees at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Central Java. The methods of data collection used in this research were observation, literature study and questionnaires. The questionnaires used a likert scale with 4 point. The population of this research was the officers at of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Central Java with 30 employees taken as sample.
It can be concluded the factors that support the employees motivation at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Central Java in the work are work achievement, awards, opportunity to be promoted, physical working conditions, interpersonal relations, and salary. Beside that, the
factors that the most dominant was salary.
