Pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Semarang
The primary purpose of this final project is to identify the influence of working environment and workload on employee morale and to find out the most influential variable in employee morale PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Branch Semarang.
The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The research instruments used to collect the data were questionnaires, observation, and literature review. The statistical analysis used is multiple linear regression method, test reliability, test validity, F test, t-test.
Multiple linear regression method produced equations Y= 3,467 + 0,419 X1 + 0,475 X2. The test reliability and test validity showed that the data were valid and reliable. The hypothesis was proven using the f test and t-test leading to the conclusion that: working environment and workload variables have significant influence on employee morale PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Branch Semarang. Workload is as the dominant variable which needs to be considered and improved.
The result of the t-test analysis shows that the working environment variable resulted t = 4,605 and the workload variable yields t= 4,880 were bigger than t table 1,994 using 5% scale. It means that working environment and workload have a significant impact on employee morale PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Branch Semarang. Then the result coefficient of determination (R Squared) was 54,5%, meaning that employee morale is influenced by the working environment and workload. Whereas the other 45,5% is influenced by other variables which are not observed.
