PROJECT OFEMPLOYEES PERCEPTION ABOUT IMPLEMENTATION OF SAFETY AND HEALTH at PT TRANS MARGA JATENG
This research was conducted at PT Trans Marga Jateng, a company engaged in construction work which always have a high risk. So it is important for companies to provide implementation of safety and health for employees.
The purpose of the study is to examine the application of occupational safety and health as perceived by the employees of PT Trans Marga Jateng.
Respondents were 30. Of the interview obtained a picture of employees perception of K3, among others: 1) the work environment, 2) availability of working equipment, 3) workplace facilities, 4) air conditioner workplace, 5) lighting control workplace, 6) noise in the workplace 7) the physical and mental condition of the employee.
From the analysis that has been done, it can be seen that the safety and health variables are perceived by the majority of respondents as strong. This means that the implementation of health and safety at PT Trans Marga Jateng perceived are good. So that they need to be maintained and enhanced.
