Pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT Phapros, Tbk Semarang
The objective of this final report was to know the influence of discipline on employee’s performance at PT Phapros, Tbk Semarang. Observations, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies were the instruments used to collect data. Questionnaires were distributed to 85 employees as respondents.
The analysis data used the method of multiple linear regression coefficient analysis. Regression analysis was used to determine the influence of discipline on employee’s performance. The data were processed using SPSS 18.00.
The data showed that the calculation of regression coefficients was
Y = 79.869 + 0.958X1 + 1.026X2 + 1.077X3. It mean that the result of regression give positive influence on employees’ performance of 11,5% was influenced by discipline. While the rest of 88,5% was influenced by other factors. The values of variable regression coefficient indicate a positive effect; discipline has significant influence to employees’ performance.
The recommendation in this study was PT Phapros, Tbk Semarang should socialize the company rules and sanctions would be provided for employees who violate the rules.
