Analisis pengaruh pendidikan dan masa kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) cabang Jawa Tengah
The objective of this final report is to find out the influence of education and working period to employees performance at PT Jasa Raharja (Perserp) Branch Central Java. Observations, questionnaires, and literature studies were the instruments to collect data. Questionnaires were distributed to 39 employees as respondents.
The analysis data used the method of multiple linier regression coefficient analysis. Questionnaires were distributed to 39 employees as respondents. Regression analysis was used to determine the influence of level education and working period. Data were proceeded using SPSS 18.
The calculation of regression coefficient shows that Y = 1,758+ 0,261X1
+0,189X2. It means that result of regression gives a positive influence on the performence of employee and the coefficient of determination is 0,245. It means that 24,5% employees performance was influenced by education and working period. While the rest of 75,5% is influenced by other factors.
To education level in order to support the employees performance, the employees must be proceeded to the higher education to improve relationships with other colleagues and to working period the employees must participate in various education and training held by the company.
