The method used for data collection in this study were interviews, observation, library research
The data used is the final project area, primary and secondary data. Results of this study is the SOPP is easier for service users SOPP customers to perform transactions on-line payment
The benefit of this is user SOPP Enables people to transact and do not need to partner office to make bill payments each month, and get to know the benefits to the customer is delinquent installments for months
