Beauty and Cooking Class Event Dengan Tema "Show Up Your Beauty"
The project about Beauty and Cooking Class event with the theme “Show Up Your Beauty”. The realization of the project was performed at Ballroom Politeknik Negeri Semarang on Sunday, 4th May 2014, it was held by Aida Fathya, Amalina Hanika and Elsa Juli Annisa.
The purpose of final project to develop women skills about ethics and procedures to use make up that can support a career in the field of marketing and develop skills about procedures for making and decorating interesting food dish in order to make marketing relationship. The project uses four methods such as marketing strategy, production strategy, human resource strategy and financial strategy. In marketing strategy, there are several strategies that are used in the Beauty and Cooking Class Event, there are product strategy, pricing strategy, promotion strategy and strategy. The product strategy that used in the event is by offering products in the form of services that can add to the skills of women. The pricing strategy used is to set prices based on customer perception. Promotion strategies using a variety of promotional media such as brochures, pamphlets, and social media. The place strategy is to choose a place that has access to an easily accessible and provides a variety of facilities that can be used in the event. For the production strategy is the process to design a manufacturing events ranging from event planning, event preparation, event execution, evaluation and accountability reports. Human resource management strategy, the committee selected by appropriate recruitment job description to get a committee that can hold responsibilities and duties well. In the financial strategy is to raise funds through sponsorship, registration fees of participants and booths for rent.
This project was attended by 50 (fifty) participants and 2 (two) trainers from “Mustika Ratu” and “Annisa Cake”. The program is held in two session that is Beauty Class and Cooking Class. There are 13 (thirteen) committee, which was appointed as the event committee including the chairman, secretary, treasurer, creative team, administrative team and marketing team.
