Pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kemampuan kerja terhadap preatasi kerja karyawan pada PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Semarang
The human resources is an important factor in a company, motivational factors and work ability of employees at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk branch Semarang will affect their job performance as PT Jasa Marga engaged in the toll road services that require workers with achievement high in the office and customer service.
The purpose of this final report is to know the influence of motivation and ability to employees performance at PT Jasa Marga (persero) Tbk Branch Semarang. Questionnaires and literature review are the instruments to use to collect data. The data analysis uses method of simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. Regression analysis is used to determine the influence of working motivation and working ability to employees’ performance. Data are processed using SPSS 16.00.
The result of this study is that the calculation of simple regression working motivation to employees performance obtained Y= 0,800 + 0,067X1 + 0,239X2 + e. The coefficient of determination is 0.705. It means that the employees’ performance of 70.5% is influenced by working motivation and working ability. While the rest of 29.5% is influenced by other factors. while working ability has the most dominant influence in comparison with the motivation to work, so leaders must prioritize the ability to work on any employee at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk branch Semarang.
