Analisis pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Coca-cola Bottling Indonesia Central Jaya
The purpose of this final report is to identify the influence of training and working motivation to employee performance at PT. Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia- Central Java. Questionnaire, Interview and literature studies are the instruments to use to collect data. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 employee as respondents. The data analysis used the method of multiple linier regression coefficient analysis. Regression analysis was used to determine the influence of training and working motivation to emlpoyee performance. Data were processed using SPSS v.17.0. The result of this study is that the calculation of regression coefficient obtained Y = 3,984 +0,238 X1 + 0,281 X2. It means that result of regression gave positive influence on employee performance, and the influence of working motivation was greater than the training. The coefficient of determination is 0,462. It means that the employee performance of 46,2% was influenced by worker training and working motivation, while the rest of 53,8% was influenced by the other factors.
