Pengaruh penghargaan ekstrinsik terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada kantor direksi PT Perkebunan Tambi Wonosobo
This research aimed significant to know the influencing variables such as money/material, social insurance and job promotion to word the working motivation at The Board of Directors Office at PT Perkebunan Tambi Wonosobo.
Data collection was conducted by interviews and questionnaires. In this study the Analysis Model used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, while the data analysis techniques used F test, determination coefficient (R2), and T test. Then the data were tested the quality by validity test and reliability test.
Data testing result showed that the data were valid and reliability. Analysis result and discussion showed that money/material, social insurance and Job Promotion simultaneously had significant influence on working motivation office employee directors of PT Plantation Tambi Wonosobo. Partially money/material, social insurance and Job Promotion variable had significant influence to employees working motivation.
