Analisis persepsi pegawai terhadap pemberian motivasi kerja pada sekretariat dewan perwakilan rakyat daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah
The purpose of the study is to identify how working motivation by Hezberg’s theory is applied and to analyze employee’s perception about work motivation at Secretariate of Central Java Pronvincial Parliament. The final project assignment is written using descriptive analysis method. This research uses random sampling. The data are collected by doing observation, literature studies and questionnaire. The population of this research are the officers at the office Secretariate of Central Java Pronvincial Parliament with 30 officers taken as samples. The conclusion is that Secretariate of Central Java Pronvincial Parliament management provides work motivation consisting of motivator factors and hygiene factors to the officers. The employee’ s perception towards work motivation is good because 90.18% of respondents agree with given work motivaton and 9.82% respondent disagree with given work motivation. Is recommended that the povision of officers motivation is further enhanced in order to be more active in the work.
