Analisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja trhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) rayon Semarang Selatan
The purpose of the research are: 1) to analyze the influence of organization culture towards employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Semarang Selatan. 2) to analyze the influence of work motivation towards employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Semarang Selatan. 3) to analyze the influence of organization culture and work motivation towards employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Semarang Selatan. The method of this research is proportionate stratified random sampling, that was taken 41 Operational field employee at Administration and Engineering. The analysis implemented in this research was multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test. The result of t test for organization culture is 2.200, and the signification is 0.034. This shows that there is an effect between organization culture toward employee job satisfaction. The result of t test for work motivation is 2.739 ,and the signification is 0.009. This shows that there is an effect between work motivation toward employee job satisfaction. The result of F test is 14.695, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is an effect between organization culture and work motivation toward employee job satisfaction.
