Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Tingkat Kedisiplinan Pegawai Pada Balai Besar Teknologi Pencegahan Pencemaran Industri (BBTPPI) Semarang
The research was conducted at Balai Besar Teknologi Pencegahan Pencemaran
Industri (BBTPPI) Semarang. This study used the components of compensation such as salaries, remuneration and fee of consumption as the independent variables and the level discipline of the employees as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect salaries, remuneration and fee of consumption on level discipline of employee. 53 respondents were involved in this research using purposive sampling method. The analysis used in this research included validity, reliability test, multiple-regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, f test and t test. The result of testing the hypothesis, based on f-test was that there was influence of compensation on level discipline of employees. It was based on the F- test > F table (9,437 > 2,794). Based on t- test (partially), the influence of salaries amounted to 2,279, while the remuneration of 2,436, while the fee of consumption of 2,313, and t- table of 1,6753. From this, it could be concluded that salaries, remuneration as well as fee of consumption influenced the level discipline of employees because t- test > t- table which meant Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. The test result showed the value of the coefficient of determenation was 0,366. This suggested that compensation having the influence on the level discipline of employees was 36,6% while the rest were affected by other causes beyond the research model.
