The study is about description of Implementation Program "PLN Bersih No Suap!" by PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Central Java and DIY.
The purpose of the study is to investigate the concept of PLN Bersih system and make the effective proces of the customer services and procurement of goods and services on PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Central Java and DIY.
The qualitative and quantitative data are taken from primary and secondary data and collected through obeservation, interviews. This final report writing used descriptive method,describing the Call Center system 123 and e-Procurement.
The result of this study is that the potential of gratification and potential bribes can be reduced by implementing Call Center system 123 at customer services
and system e-Procurement on Procurement of Goods and Services.
