The purpose of this Final Project is to identify the recruitment selection system for a specified time work agreement implemented by PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) Semarang Branch.
The research method used of collecting the data was qualitative description using methods such as observation and interview. It also used the qualitative and quantitative data in supporting that methods.
Based on observations and interviews, it was found that PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) Semarang Branch had implemented the recruitment selection system on January to February 2014 to find an employee who was placed as a marketing staff. Based on that, it received 112 job application letters which would follow the selections consisting of three main stages, there were preliminary acceptance selection, interviews and user tests, and head of branch decision.
