The final project report is to describe the correspondence conducted by government staffs concerning the out going and incoming mail as well as the management of filling the documents. This final project uses descriptive method. The data for this final project are qualitative and quantitative, taken from primary and secondary data source. Data are collected by doing observation, interviews and literature study. The interviews conducted asking about governance incoming mail, distribution incoming mail, filling incoming mail, governance out going mail, distribution out going mail, failing out going mail. Apparently the result of observation is relatively not much different from the correspondence management in general. It is concluded that governance correspondence in Secretary of Central Java Provincial Parlement has been implemented in accordance with the prevailing regulation.
