Semarang is a big city which has high artistic value. The artists secretly began to develop there especially those whose interest are in fine art. The progress is hindered by several obstacles one of them is less gallery and events to accomodate the potential of the artists. Caricatures and comic strip is a work of art which has potential economic value. Workshop and Draw Contest (Caricature and Comic Strip) is a place to accomodate the potential of young artists in Semarang especially in Caricature and Comic Strip
The purpose of this event is the event can work well, implementing effective publicity management, organizing a draw contest (caricatures and comic strips) and can manage sponsorship and donor management
Methods of data collection in this activity using the media interviews which can be learned and benefits gained satisfaction of the participants
Workshop and Draw Contest (Caricature and Comic Strip) "Go Forward Indonesian Education" was held on 22 May 2014 was attended by 90 participants, and attended by 34 participants caricatures and 25 comic strip contestants who previously held on 9-16 May 2014 . This activity has been joined by media partners to distribute information of activities and cooperation with some companies.
