Pelaksanaan Rekrutmen Pekerja Pelaksana Lapangan Pada Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah
Recruitment is the way company to find out the right people to support company’s success. The purpose of this study were to determine how the implementation of recruitment and to compute Field Worker needs at Field on Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah. This study used a secondary data. The data was collected with observation, interview, and study documentation. Tool of analysis data was used descriptive statistic. The result of this study shows that the Recruitment Implementation of Field Worker at Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah consists of determining manpower needs, recruitment process through external sources, the selection start from Administration selection, written test, interview, and medical test, after that Employees who accepted placed as need. In doing recruitment, The company should perform better coordination, because the problem is the distance between The Forest Management Units ( Kesatuan Pemangkuan Hutan, KPH ); The company can find or looking for workers from outside The company or get outsourching to be employed only for a certain time.
