Thisfinalprojectusingdescriptivemethods,datacollectiontechniquesusingobservation,interviews,andliterature.WheretheauthorsconducteddirectobservationsontheprocurementofgoodssupportingproductionatPT.PrimatexcoIndonesiaBatang.
Basedonthedataobtained,itcanbeconcludedthatPT.PrimatexcoIndonesiaBatangimplementprocurementprocedureswellrangingfromcheckingtheinventoryandcreatepurchaserequisitionsintermedategoodsproductionuptoreceivegoodsfromsuppliersandsubmitittotheunitrequiringthegoods.AtPT.IndonesianPrimatexcoBatangdocumentsusedintheprocessofpurchasingaletterPurchaseRequest(PPB),Letterofrequestsforquotationforgoodsprocurednon-recurring,PurchaseOrder(PO),MemorandumofReceiptofGoods,andEvidencecashout.
