Pengaruh program pendidikan dan pelatihan executive education IV terhadap kompetensi supervisor pada PT PLN (persero) udiklat Semarang-TLM academy
THE INFLUENCE OF TRAINING OF EXECUTIVE EDUCATION IV ON THE SUPERVISOR COMPETENCE AT PT PLN (PERSERO ) UDIKLAT SEMARANG-TLM ACADEMY
Research was conducted in PT PLN (Persero) Udiklat Semarang-TLM Academy, part of PT PLN (Persero) who played a role in developing human resources competence and capable of being the pillars of the company figures. In this regard a leader has a very important role in developing employees.The supervisor is the head that directly addresses the employees daily work in PT PLN ( Persero ) Udiklat Semarang-TLM Academy. A supervisor is given a trust to carry out a task that is giving instruction work, supervision, and monitoring as well
as do the work in a group. Supervisor must have the competence to support his work.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the training of Executive Education IV on the competence of the supervisor, and how much the influence. The number of respondents in this research is 8 supervisors of PT PLN (Persero) Udiklat Semarang-TLM Academy. The independent variable is the training Executive Education IV and the dependent variable is supervisor competence.
The method of analysis in this research were validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, t test, and the coefficient of determination. And the method of collecting data were questionnaire and literature study. Research findings indicate that training program of Executive Education IV has a positive and significantly impact to supervisor competence. The regression equation is Y = 2,783 + 0,943X. There is the influence of 75,7 % of training program Executive Education IV against competence supervisor in PT PLN ( Persero ) Udiklat Semarang-TLM Academy, while 24.3 % influenced by other factors that isnot accounted in this study.
