Peningkatan Motivasi Kerja Karyawan Pada PT PLN (Persero) Unit Layanan Salatiga
TITTLE: The Improvement of Employees Working Motivation at PT PLN (Persero) Service Unit Salatiga
Purpose of the study are to find out cause of working motivation in thesufficient level and also to find out about the effort to improve the employees working motivation at PT PLN (Persero) Service Unit Salatiga. The methods of collecting data used in this research were interview, questionnaire, and literature studies. The interview was conducted with the supervisor of Human Resources PT PLN (Persero) Service Unit Salatiga. The questionnaire used a Likert scale with 4 points and distributed to the 53 respondents.
The types of data used were qualitative and quantitative data. The Sources of data used were primary data and secondary data. This study used qualitative approach with descriptive
methods. From the findings, it found out that the effort to improve the employees working motivation at PT PLN (Persero) Service Unit Salatiga by giving good working environment conditions, jobs assurance, jobs compensation, opportunity to participate and interpersonal relations.
