Title: THE INFLUENCE OF PRODUCT QUALITY AND PERSONAL SELLING ON CONSUMERS SATISFACTION ON TOYOTA NEW YARIS AT PT. NASMOCO PEMUDA SEMARANG
The primary purpose of this final project is to identify the influence of product quality and personal selling on consumers satisfaction on Toyota New Yaris at PT. Nasmoco Pemuda Semarang. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling to select the respondents. The samples of this research were 100 respondents. The methods in collecting data were questionnaire and interview. The result of multiple linier regression analysis, Y = 0,782 + 0,434 X1 + 0,324 X2. The most influential independent variables on the
dependent variable product quality (0,434). While f test indicated that independents variables simultaneously influence the consumer satisfaction on Toyota New Yaris at PT. Nasmoco Pemuda Semarang. Coefficient determination was 0,357, it mean that 35,7% of consumers satisfaction on Toyota New Yaris at PT. Nasmoco Pemuda Semarang could be explained by product quality and personal selling. Meanwhile, other part of 64,3% of consumers satisfaction on Toyota New Yaris at PT. Nasmoco Pemuda Semarang was influenced by other variables, which were not included in this research.
