THE INFLUENCE OF WORKING MOTIVATION TO EMPLOYEES’ PERFORMANCE AT BADAN PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH (BAPPEDA) KABUPATEN SEMARANG
The purpose of this final report is to determine the influence of working motivation to employees’ performance at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kabupaten Semarang. Literature studies, observations, and questionnaires are the instruments used to collect data. Questionnaires are distributed to 35 employees as respondents.
The analysis data use the method of simple linear regression analysis. Regression analysis is used to determine the influence of working motivation to employees’ performance. Data are processed using SPSS 20. The result of this study showed that the calculation of regression coefficients obtained Y = 3,300+0,601x. It means that the result of regression gives positive influence on employees’ performance. The coefficient of determination is 0,528. It means that the employees’ performance of 52,8% is influenced by working motivation. While the rest of 47,2% is influenced by other factors.
