ANALYSIS OF THE PROVISION OF CREDIT TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL ENTERPRISES AND COOPERATIVES IN THE PARTNERSHIP AND COMMUNITY BY PT TASPEN (PERSERO) KANTOR CABANG UTAMA SEMARANG
In Indonesia, small enterprises and cooperatives are the biggest players in trading and service sectors. In general, the problem faced by them is funding. The owners of small enterprises do not have enough fund to do business.
The aim of this research is to know the average differences of profit, sales turnover, and assets before and after getting credit for Small Enterprises and Cooperatives in the Partnership and Community Development Program (CSR) of PT TASPEN (Persero) Kantor Cabang Utama Semarang. The method of analysis is Paired Sample t-test which means different test of the average for of paired data. The samples in this study amounted 28 business partners which began in 2012, 2013 and 2014. Data collected by census, interview with business partners, observation and documentary.
The results of hypothesis test shows that providing credit gives different significant results to profit, sales turnover and assets of small enterprises and cooperatives before and after getting credit from PT TASPEN (Persero) of Kantor Cabang Utama Semarang. It can be seen from the t-value (5,273) > t table (1,703) to profit and t-value (4,845) > t-table (1,703) for the sales turnover with 95% confidence level or alpha 5% (0,05). As well as the assets, loans gives different significant results to the assets of small enterprises and cooperatives. It
can be seen from t-value (7,868) > t-table (1,703). So, the providing credit in the Partnership and Community Development Program PT TASPEN (Persero) of Kantor Cabang Utama Semarang gives different significant results to profit, sales turnover and assets of small enterprises and cooperatives.
