Sistem rekrutmen sales force pada PT. Telekomunikasi Regional IV Jateng dan DIY
“Sales Force’ Recruitment System at PT Telekomunikasi Region IV Central Java and DIY”
This final project aims at finding out the recruitment system of Sales Force that is already applied by PT Telekomunikasi Region IV of Central Java and DIY. This also has a goal to find out about the development of sales and the ‘turn over’ which happen in the company.This final project uses description method. Data collection techniques used direct observation at PT Telekomunikasi Region IV of Central Java and DIY, the interview with Regional Unit and Home Service Unit, especially about Sales Force, and also literature review in order to obtain additional information.The result of this final project tells that recruitment in Region IV of Central Java and DIY has already suited with the valid theory of management which are the theory of Sales Force Region IV of Central Java and DIY, recruitment sources, the way of selecting, orientation type, and work replacement. PT Telekomunikasi Region IV of Central Java and DIY held the recruitment of Sales Force by Lembaga Kemitraan that under the law enforcement. Beside, there is increase and decrease each with in the development of sale. The development of ‘turn over’ happened when the new system of recruitment starts, which causes the problem and its the problem solving.
