INFLUENCE OF JOB SATISFACTION TOWARD PERFORMANCE OF BADAN PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH SEMARANG REGENCY'S EMPLOYEES
The purpose of the study were to find out job satisfaction of BAPPEDA Semarang Regency’s employees, to find out performance of BAPPEDA Semarang Regency’s employees, and to find out influence of job satisfaction toward performance of BAPPEDA Semarang Regency’s employees.
The methods of collecting the data were questionnaire, observation, and library research. Questionnaires were distributed to 43 employees as respondents.
The analysis data use the method of simple linier regression analysis. It used to determine the influence of job satisfaction toward performance of employees. Data were processed by SPSS Statistics 20. The result of the study was the calculation of regression coefficients
obtained Y = 2,316 + 0,433X. It means the result of regression gives positive influence on employees’ performance. The coefficient of determination was 0,095. It means the performance influenced by job satisfaction amounted to 10,95 % and the rest was influenced by other factors which amounted to 89,05 %.
