IMPLEMENTING EDUCATION AND E-LEARNING TRAINING “BASE OFFICE ADMINISTRATION” FOR JUNIOR OFFICE EMPLOYEES OF SECRETARIAT SECTOR PT PLN (PERSERO) DISTRIBUTION IN CENTRAL JAVA ANDYOGYAKARTA
The purpose of the study is to implement education and training e-learning information system web based which is applied by PT PLN (Persero) Central Java and DIY distribution. This training is flexible for employee, efficient in time and cost. The qualitative and quantitative data were taken from primary and secondary data and collected through observation, interviews. This final report writing used descriptive method, describing implementation education and training e-learning.
The result of this research is the E-learning implementation with the title Office Administration Education and Training Program has been followed by participant coming from Education and Training Program Unit of Kudus, Demak, Purwokerto, and Yogyakarta. The lesson explained is how to fast and appropriate typing, how to the correct document management, and how the junior officer to manage the letter document correctly. The factor, which supports this education and training program, is because of a well instructor who teaches fast and precise in giving the lesson. The company gives the available information system sufficiently. The implementation obstacle factor of this education and training’s E-learning is unenergetic to do askanswer with the instructor so the junior officer doesn’t really understand about the lesson explained. There is some of the junior officer still desire an education andtraining with class training system, therefore, to overcome that obstacle factor, the company arranges the annual evaluation of education and training.
