ANALYSIS INFLUENCE OF NON FINANCIAL COMPENSATION TO JOB SATISFACTION OF PT JASA RAHARJA (Persero) CABANG JAWA TENGAH
The primary purpose of this final project is to identify the influence of non financial compensation such as work environment and work to job satisfaction and to find out the most influential variable in job satisfaction of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Jawa Tengah. The sampling technique used was non probability sampling. The research instruments used to collect the data were questionnaires, literature review, and interview. The statistical analysis used is multiple linear regression method, test reliability, test validity, f test, and t test. Multiple linear regression method produced equations Y = 0,261 + 0,761 X1 + 0,237 X2. The test reliability and test validity showed that the data were valid and reliable. The hypothesis was proven using f test and t test leading to the conclusion that work environtment and work variables have significant influence to job satisfaction of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Jawa Tengah. Work environtment is as the dominant variable which needs to be considered and improved. Then the result coefficient of determination (R Squared) was 63,8%, meaning that job satisfaction is influenced by the work envirotment and work. Whereas the other 36,2% is influenced by other variables which are not observed.
