THE INFLUENCE OF FINANCIAL COMPENSATION AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM PHASE TO EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AT PT PELABUHAN INDONESIA III (PERSERO) THE BRANCH OF TANJUNG EMAS SEMARANG
The research was conducted at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) The Branch of Tanjung Emas Semarang. This study used the components of financial compensation and career development program phase as a independent variables and employee engagement as dependent variable.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the financial compensation and career development program phase on employee engagement. 51 respondents were involved in this research using purposive sampling method. The method of data collection are interview, observation, questionnaires and literature review.
The analysis used in this research include multiple linier regression analysis, coefficient determination, f test and t test. The result of testing the hypothesis, based on f test that there was influence of financial compensation and career development program phase on employee engagement. It was based on the f test > f table (16,187 > 3,191). Based on t test, the influence of compensation amounted to 2,834, while the career development program phase of 0,839. The results obtained by multiple linier regression equation are:
