The purpose of the study is to analyze the effect of organizational culture and work motivation to job satisfaction of employees in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Semarang Regional Office.
The population in this study are employees of the company consisting of executive, staff and supervisors who have worked more than one year with a total sample of 60 respondents. The methods of data collection use questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies.
The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. While the tool used to test the hypothesis were F-test and t-test. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis values obtained linear regression equation Y = 8.556 + 0,332 X1 + 0,344 X2
Based on the results of this study, we can conclude that there is the effect between organizational culture and working motivation on job’s satisfaction of employees. From these two variables, working motivation variable has a dominant effect on job’s satisfaction of employees.
