INCENTIVES AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT INFLUENCES TO WARDS THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES (AGENTS) PT. ASURANSI JIWASRAYA (PERSERO) SEMARANG BRANCH OFFICE WEST
This research was conducted at PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Semarang branch offices. This study used an incentive component and work environment as an independent variable and agent performance as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of incentives, and work environment on the performance of agents. 60 respondents were involved in this study using purposive sampling method. The analysis used in this study included validity, realibity test, multiple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, F test and t test. Results of testing the hypothesis, based on f = test is that there was an incentive effect was on the performance of agents. it is based on F-test > F table (15.327> 3.16). Based on t-test (partial), the incentive effect 4.854, while the working environment and the t-table 1.67203. From this, it can be concluded that the incentives, as well as the working environment affected the performance of the agent because the t-test was t-table which means Ha was accepted but Ho was rejected. The results show the value of the coefficient determenation is 0350. This suggests that the incentives have an impact agent performance was 35% while the rest was influenced by other causes beyond the research.
