Analysis on The Influence of Performance Mnagement System, Salary and Wealth Facility on Employees Work Motivation at Perum Perhutani Central Java Regional Division.
The purpose of the research is to identifyed the influence of Performance Management System on Employees Work Motivation at Perum Perhutani Central Java Regional Division, to identifyed the influence of Salary Payment on Employees Motivation at Perum Perhutani Central Java Regional Division and to identifyed the influence of Wealth Facility on Employees Work Motivation at Perum Perhutani Central Java Regional Division. The methods of collection the data in this research are observation, study literatures and distribution the questionnaires to 65 employees with Proportional Random Sampling techniques. The analysis implemented in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The result of T test for Performance Management System is 3,367 with signification by 0,001. This shows that there is significant influence of Performance Management System to word Employees Work Motivation. The result of T test for Salary Payment is 2.261 with significant by 0.027. This shows that there is a significant influence of Salary and Employees Work Motivation. And the result of T test for Wealth Facility is 4.190 with signification by 0.000. This shows that there is a significant influence of Wealth Facility to word Employees Work Motivation. The result of F test is 556.4 and the significant is 0.000. This shows that there is a significant influences of Performance Management System, Salary and Wealth Fasility simultaneously on Employees Work Motivation.
