PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Semarang Regional Office is a company which is engaged in banking. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Semarang Regional Office always increases their performance to give satisfaction for their customers. Work stress and work environment is very important means to support employee performance, but sometimes there are barriers.
The purpose of this final report was to analyze influence of work stress and work environment to employee performance at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Semarang Regional Office.
Literature reviews, observation and questionnaires were used to collect data. This study uses method of multiple linier regression coefficient analysis. Questionnaires were distributed to 70 employees as respondents. Regression analysis was used to determine the influence of working stress and working environment to employee performance. The data was processed using SPSS 20.0.
The result of the regression coefficients was Y = 16.892 + (-0.356) X1 + 0.799 X2. It means that there is an negative influence of work stress and positive influence work environment to employee performance, and the coefficient of determination was 0.582. It meant that the employee performance of 58.2% was influenced by working stress and working environment. Therefore the rest of 41.8% was influenced by other factors.
