Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan Hotel Grasia Semarang
The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation to Employes Perfomance at Hotel Grasia Semarang.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employees performance at Hotel Grasia Semarang. Data were taken by using questionnaires for 50 respondents from 101 employees.
The method of sampling is by probability sampling, and data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection method was processed by SPSS 20.0. The result shows that, the regression equations obtained are as follows: Y = 3,929+ 0, 382 X1 + 0, 481 X2
The result of t test shows that leadership style and work motivation have positive influence to employees performance. The result of F test shows that all of the independent variables influence significantly to employees performance. The coefficient of determinant was 0,667 which means that the employee performance of 66,7% was influenced by leadership style and work motivation and 33,3 % was influenced by other factors.
