IMPLEMENTATION OF PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT ( IMS ) AT PERUM PERHUTANI DIVISI REGIONAL JAWA TENGAH
The purposes of this study are to determine the Implementation of Performance Management which is applied at Perum Perhutani Central Java Regional Division and to explore and describe the constraints in the implementation of Performance Management. Method of collecting data in this study is interviews, to get primary data and secondary data. Interviews were conducted with leaders of human resources and general affair. Based on the results of the interviews conducted, it was concluded that the implementation of the performance management process has been running smoothly. Employee assessment based on the data obtained, the conclusion that the employee's performance has generally been good and showed improvement. The final conclusions obtained from this study is the assessment of Perum Perhutani has run smoothly and can be accepted by it’s employee’s to demonstrate good performance.
